TÁR

Icelandic alt-folk duo TÁR has cultivated a truly unique identity - one with multiple personalities that weaves an unexpected and irresistible line between the tragedies of everyday life, and the comedic chaos of surviving it all with zero sense of grace or self-preservation.

Co-creators Elìn Ey and Zöe Ruth Erwin invite listeners into arrangements and lyrics that are achingly raw - sharing the most personal, vulnerable moments of their own life experiences in a way that allows listeners to feel akin to a childhood best friend who you could say anything to.

TÁR’s debut album is set for release in 2027, after plans to record their next project at Peter Gabriel’s legendary Real World Studios with Grammy Award-winning engineer/producer Katie May.
